Right of withdrawal and returns

Pursuant to and for the purposes of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, the Customer is given the right to exercise the right of withdrawal, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days of calendar from the date of the refund request.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a communication containing:

  1. a) the expression of desire to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 64 of the Consumer Code;
  2. b) the indication and a photo of the products for which the Customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal;
  3. c) the progressive order number issued at the time of purchase;
  4. d) the buyer's data, i.e. name, surname, address, telephone number, email;
  5. e) the data relating to the Customer's bank account (IBAN code and name and surname of the holder) if the purchase was made by bank transfer or cash on delivery.

The right of withdrawal applies to the product purchased in its entirety. The purchased product must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including external "celofanne" packaging, any associated gadgets, etc.).

The Customer must send, at his own expense and with a courier of his choice, provided it is traceable, the product he intends to return, including in the shipment a letter with his data communicated via email. The return must be sent to Old England Store, Piazza Irnerio, 30/35 00167 Rome RM , with any shipping method, as long as it is traceable and insured.

In the event of damage to the goods during transport, Old Engand Srl will notify the Customer of the incident, to allow him to promptly file a complaint with the courier he has chosen and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be returned, with shipping costs borne by the Customer, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request.

Old England Srl is not liable in any way for damage, theft or loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

The returned product must reach Old England Store Srl within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which the withdrawal was communicated. Once the returned product has been received, Old England Store Srl will refund the price paid for the products for which the right of withdrawal was exercised, within 14 calendar days from the date of return of the goods.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Old England Store Srl will refund the price of the products in full, provided that they are returned by the Customer in a normal state of conservation and only if the return instructions above are correctly respected.

Upon arrival at the warehouse, the returned product will be examined and the customer will be held responsible, and therefore not compensable, for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that strictly necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods. For products for personal use, for hygienic and health reasons it is not possible to return products that have already been used. Old England srl reserves the right to refuse the return of products that do not comply with these requirements. All risks relating to the transport of the returned product are borne by the Customer.

In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Old England Store Srl will return the purchased goods to the Customer, charging the shipping costs. For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trading applies.
