You can return your items within 15 days of delivery. They must be in their original condition, in the original packaging and tags, unwashed and unworn.

No, the return is free, the return costs are at our expense.

In the case of orders with multiple items and partial returns whose final total amount does not exceed €89, only the outward shipping costs for the item or items held by the customer (€8.90) will be deducted from the refund.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
